Requirements

  • Strong communication skills: able to write reports, speak with customers, and present confidently.
  • Tire industry/automotive industry experience
  • Tech savvy: proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and mobile tools.
  • Analytical ability: comfortable performing basic math and interpreting data (rates, percentages, bar graphs, etc.).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to support both customers and internal teams.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (required).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned customers and prospect for new business through cold calling.
  • Maintain daily CRM records to document account activity.
  • Coordinate tire orders and ensure timely deliveries—including occasional customer drop-offs.
  • Communicate customer orders to the warehouse, confirming stock status and delivery expectations.
  • Obtain manager approval for special orders and pricing.
  • Conduct fleet surveys and support service shop coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Represent our company at training seminars and public events.
  • Complete required reports, time sheets, and expense documentation.
