Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (tire or automotive industry preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or sales software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleets, dealerships, and commercial clients.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to close sales opportunities.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in Bauer Built’s tire management system.
Follow up on leads and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with the tire center team to coordinate deliveries and meet customer expectations.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets with integrity and professionalism.
