About The Position

The Commercial Superintendent supports Project Managers in delivering commercial electrical projects safely, on time, and on budget. This role oversees jobsite operations, coordinates with Foremen and General Contractors, and ensures work is completed per plans, specifications, and Titan standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Lead)
• Strong knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and commercial systems
• Experience managing multiple commercial job sites
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents
• OSHA 30 required (or obtain within 90 days)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Supervise jobsite operations and support Foremen with planning and scheduling
• Coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors
• Verify current drawings, inspections, and project documentation
• Enforce quality standards, PPE usage, and jobsite organization
• Track progress, materials, equipment, and rentals
• Upload photos, daily reports, RFIs, and documentation to Procore
• Identify and resolve issues impacting schedule, safety, or quality
