About The Position

At Glanbia Nutritionals Inc., our portfolio centers around dairy and non-dairy nutritional ingredients. We co-innovate and deliver ingredient solutions and precision premixes for use in the mainstream food and beverage, infant and clinical, and sports and lifestyle nutrition markets. As a key member of the commercial team, the Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence Manager drives the delivery of best-in-class commercial processes, systems and analytics. You are an important link between sales, customer service, finance and PSM, providing data-rich insights and managing day-to-day needs such as pricing support and system best usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of C4C (CRM), SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
  • Supervisory experience; this role will oversee 2-3 employees.
  • Ability to effectively navigate a heavily matrixed organization to progress the commercial agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the systemisation, automation, process enhancement and continuous improvement agenda of the Commercial function.
  • Oversee the governance & continuous improvement of all sales tools (e.g., C4C - CRM, SAP, Master Data maintenance, etc.).
  • Support the development of, and execute, the multi-year roadmap for the Commercial function that synthesizes product and sector strategies with individual customer strategies.
  • Provide critical insights on all aspects of the commercial organization's performance, as well as on its customers and markets.
  • Be the custodian of our pipeline management process, and associated reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to showcase the value of a pipeline-oriented culture.
  • Leverage insights and best practices to refine the design and implementation of sales management and go-to-market effectiveness within the Commercial function.
  • Coordinate across key elements of the Commercial function including pricing, S&OP, information sharing, and annual planning.
  • Strategic development and ongoing usage of all commercial systems (e.g., CRM), sales methodologies and data analytics tools.
  • Definition and maintenance of GN customer-segmentation model and segment strategy.

Benefits

  • Annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 plus an annual bonus.
