The Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Management Lead serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, supporting the leadership, effectiveness, and execution of the Commercial organization. Reporting directly to the CCO, this role combines enterprise-level commercial strategy, investment and portfolio governance, and cross-functional execution to ensure alignment, focus, and disciplined delivery of commercial priorities. This position plays a central role in shaping how commercial strategy is developed, resourced, and executed. You will lead the planning, prioritization, and optimization of commercial investments while ensuring that budgets, vendor partnerships, and operating processes support brand strategy, launch priorities, and long-term growth objectives. As a trusted advisor to senior commercial leadership, you will provide strategic insights, scenario planning, and risk assessments, translating executive direction into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
