Are you passionate about driving financial strategy and operational excellence at scale? At XCM’s Global Studio team, we are looking for a strategic Commercial Operations leader to support the growth phase of Global Studio with strong commercial rigor. As the Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead for Global Studio, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, developing and implementing chargeback models, and ensuring operational efficiency across our global creative production platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

  • Own end-to-end financial operations including rate card finalization, implementation and governance
  • Drive the development and implementation of the chargeback model across multiple businesses
  • Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Lead rate reviews, negotiations and financial planning with agency partners
  • Support financial analysis for expansion decisions and efficiency initiatives
  • Partner with XCM Finance on cost allocation methodologies
  • Drive towards and maintain a cost steady state of Global Studio
  • Develop and optimize operational frameworks for financial tracking and reporting
  • Create and implement financial governance models across different business units
  • Lead quarterly and annual financial planning processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key finance stakeholders across organizations
  • Create regular financial performance reports and analyses
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Drive alignment on financial methodologies across different business units
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
