About The Position

We are further strengthen our Corporate organization on a global level and search a Commercial Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) for the group commercial strategy, covering Sales and Service across the American markets. Working closely with the global commercial leadership team, you will ensure alignment of market-facing initiatives with the company’s long-term strategic goals in intralogistics. You can perform the role remotely while bringing readiness for business trips worldwide. You enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams with an American scope. Your tasks Drive Global Commercial Strategy Define, execute, and steer global commercial initiatives and priorities to strengthen Kardex’s position in the intralogistics market. Translate Insights Into Strategic Action Support Head of Region and Head of Business Development by turning market insights, customer needs, and business challenges into strategic programs and actionable plans. Lead Commercial Excellence Initiatives Advance go‑to‑market models, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, service growth, and sales enablement to accelerate commercial performance. Oversee and Challenge Strategy Execution Monitor, challenge, and ensure alignment of commercial programs with group objectives, while fostering innovation and scalable solutions. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Executive Influence Manage cross‑functional strategic initiatives, facilitate collaboration across regions, and prepare executive presentations and decision papers that shape Remstar’s long‑term commercial strategy. Requirements
