About The Position
The Senior Commercial Account Executive at Marsh McLennan Agency is responsible for managing the Client Insurance Program, utilizing the agency management system. This role generally manages larger and more complex accounts than the Account Executive. The position involves acting as the main point of contact with the Producer, initiating correspondence with the marketplace, and functioning as the main contact with vendors to ensure proper processing of requests necessary to effectively maintain the client's insurance program. The Senior Account Executive must maintain positive client relationships, analyze situations, make proactive decisions, and manage follow-through. Additionally, the role requires managing Accounts Receivables, Direct Billing with respect to Cancellations, and preparing documents for renewal terms, including Insurance Proposals, Acord Insurance Binders, and Certificates of Insurance. The position also involves adhering to document retention software guidelines and performing quality checks on insurance policies.
