About The Position

As a Commercial Solution Engineer (Sales Engineer) you will work with prospects and customers aligning their goals and requirements with the SentinelOne offerings. SentinelOne is seeking a security pre-sales engineer with expertise in the "endpoint" space focused on prevention, EDR and Threat Hunting targeting Commercial accounts. We need a self-starter who excels in a high-paced environment and thrives on pitching a revolutionary technology to executives and security practitioners. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a presales role in cybersecurity, with endpoint security awareness
  • Curiosity to achieve mastery of all SentinelOne technologies
  • Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies
  • Use concise written and oral communication skills to effectively lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations and conversations with both executives and technical audiences
  • Must have demonstrable experience successfully selling to the mid-size / commercial markets
  • Should have basic knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, notable malware and anti-malware solutions and techniques.
  • Team focused approach and positive attitude are a must
  • Fluent English and Dutch are a requirement for this role
  • Travel up to 50% possible.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the field of computer forensics, security architect, penetration/red teamer, or incident responder a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with prospects and customers to align their goals and requirements with SentinelOne offerings.
  • Illustrate SentinelOne's value to prospective customers, including C-level executives, security engineers, IT operations, DevOps, and engineering professionals.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with both executives and technical audiences.
  • Successfully pitch revolutionary technology to various stakeholders.
  • Support sales teams by aligning SentinelOne offerings to prospects' and customers' requirements.
  • Drive direction and strategy of demonstrations and proof-of-concept efforts.
  • Foster strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, and within the SentinelOne team.
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry competitors, forums, and implement similar protections.
  • Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.
