About The Position
Coastal Mechanical, a Rogers Building Solutions business unit, is one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Southeast and is currently seeking sheet metal helpers/apprentices in the Melbourne area. These helpers could be eligible for our in-house, FREE apprentice program. Apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom instruction in which the workers learn the aspects of a trade, while they earn a living. 1-2 years of duct installation experience preferred but will train the right candidate. The role of an apprentice is highly hands-on, focusing on skill development and readiness for more advanced responsibilities. Dedication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are critical to success in this position. Employer conducts background checks, motor vehicle checks and drug screening. This is a safety sensitive position.
