As a Commercial Servicing Specialist, you are responsible for providing quality customer service to support the Commercial Loan Servicing department including but not limited to setting up new loans on the Bank’s Core System. Handle inquiries and requests of business customers and Branches. Research and provide required documentation of all subpoena requests. Generate monthly and quarterly reports including reconciling general ledger accounts. Service and administer the remittance of participation loans. Ensure the departmental goals are met, and policies and procedures are up to date. Perform the assigned daily scanning function of loan documents, financials, and tax returns.
