About The Position
A Commercial Services Representative in a CBC location supports both retail and commercial customer service, retail banking, administrative support, and building security in accordance with the bank's policies and objectives. This position possess a thorough understanding of retail branch and commercial related products, systems, processes and procedures including opening new accounts, daily operations, compliance, projects and other strategic objectives as assigned within the Commercial Services Division. Serves as a resource for the Commercial Banking and Commercial Deposits staff. In addition to the above, a Commercial Services Representative II is proficient in consumer loans, supporting CBC and retail partners in cross selling other products and services, implementing and troubleshooting Treasury Management services, as well as developing customer relationships.
