As a Commercial Services Manager- NAM/LATAM you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develop notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical/commercial/Risk role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors.
  • Self-starter with high motivation level and strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to define and lead changes.
  • Possess innovative, process mindset and proven track of business impact.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Ability to delegate and energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and team building skills.
  • Excellent commercial skills developed through negotiation experience and knowledge of customer financial drivers.
  • Excellent commercial background in maintenance services contracts.
  • Availability to travel for business purposes worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
  • Compile and submit required tender documentation.
  • Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
  • Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
  • Address technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects involved in creating a proposal.
  • Handle diverse clients in a region.
  • Manage Large and Medium-sized sales.
  • Handle country or Large Territory.
