Requirements

Proven experience as a handyman in a commercial setting
Strong understanding of various construction tools and equipment
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
Live within Northern Virginia area (preferably within our service territory)
10 years in Construction (Required)
Fluent English (Required)

Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
Install, repair, and maintain commercial fixtures and equipment
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with commercial systems and equipment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations during all tasks
