About The Position

We are currently seeking a Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of commercial plumbing systems in new construction and occupied facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of Florida plumbing code, and a commitment to delivering quality service on every job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience required.
• Valid Driver License.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical specs.
• Comfortable using pipe-threading machines, torch, pressure gauges, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and service commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, sanitary drainage, storm drains, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing code requirements.
• Perform cutting, threading, assembling, and installation of pipes using hand or power tools.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with applicable standards and local codes.
• Collaborate with other trades (HVAC, electrical, general construction) on-site as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and completed tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols including use of PPE and compliance with OSHA standards.
