About The Position

Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. provides commercial plumbing services for new construction, tenant improvements, and remodels. We also offer 24/7 emergency service and preventive maintenance. We’re hiring a Commercial Service Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and great customer service without the pressure to sell plumbing jobs. This is a second-shift position from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with schedule options of Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. We provide a two-week paid training period, annual performance reviews, and a company vehicle and gas card. You’ll also have the convenience of starting your day from home. Requirements

  • Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
  • Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, customer-focused service
  • Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
  • Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
  • Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
  • Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
  • Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
  • Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
  • Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
