About The Position

This Commercial Service Plumber role is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our Commercial Services Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Commercial Service and Install who loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. Integrity and Customer Care are core values here at Haller! This is a Safety Sensitive position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Service and Install experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience operating a commercial jetter.
  • Backflow certification is highly preferred!
  • Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
  • A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

  • Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician who builds relationships with customers and solves their Plumbing problems, whether it is maintenance risks, or diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Work in a variety of facilities. We have a wide range of Commercial customers which gives you the chance to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all sorts of plumbing equipment, fixtures, and piping.
  • Provide business owners or maintenance managers with your honest opinion based on the facts you have so they can make an informed decision.
  • Pay diligence. Find and fix the small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to do right by the customer and to help their equipment last longer.
  • Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
  • Put safety first. Safety is a core value here at Haller, so it is key that our technicians observe safety regulations and are familiar with OSHA requirements.
  • Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade. Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful.
  • Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
