Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a select group of middle-market commercial accounts (Property & Casualty).
Support and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Utilize Hawksoft software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
