This role focuses on commercial service and troubleshooting—not large construction Who This Is For Licensed Journeyman Electricians looking to move out of large construction jobs and who prefer service work, troubleshooting, and variety Industrial or Maintenance Electricians wanting variety Those who want predictable schedules and steady hours Electricians who value union pay, union benefits, and long-term stability Professionals who take pride in diagnosing problems, want to run their own calls and can be trusted to do the job right projects. Requirements
- 5+ years of electrical experience
- State of Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License (required)

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
