The Commercial Sales Trainer will equip the sales teams with the necessary clinical, technical, and selling skills to effectively promote and support the full portfolio Fulgent Genetics diagnostic services and products, including genomics, anatomic pathology, neurology, and oncology. They will develop, implement, and manage innovative solutions that support the introductory learning process for new hires as well as ongoing development of existing sales teammates. Where possible, this position will support enterprise-wide sales training as well as development and rollout of new business initiatives. Qualified candidates for this role are specialized professionals with a hybrid of sales expertise, clinical knowledge, and instructional design experience. Key activities include defining training requirements, collaboration with subject matter experts, resource alignment, content creation, delivery, and evaluation to ensure proficiency.
