About The Position

We are a locally owned battery and electronics service business specializing in: Car & Truck Batteries Boat & Marine Batteries Golf Cart Batteries Cell Phone, Tablet, and Device Repairs Key Fob Programming & Automotive Key Services We serve everyday customers, businesses, marinas, and maintenance/service companies throughout Southern Maryland. We are expanding and looking for a motivated, people-friendly sales rep to help grow our customer base and build local relationships. What You'll Do Greet walk-in customers and help identify the right product or service Call and visit local businesses (marinas, golf cart dealers, landscapers, auto shops, repair companies, etc.) to offer our products and services Create quotes and invoices (we train you) Follow up with customers for repeat orders Represent the company professionally in the community Keep sales pipeline updated (simple CRM - we train) Who Succeeds in This Role You like talking to people and helping solve problems You're not afraid to make phone calls or stop in local businesses You are reliable and have good work habits You want the chance to earn more based on results Sales experience is great - but not required. If you've worked retail, customer service, warehouses, or mechanical/auto, we can train you on the sales side.

Requirements

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Comfortable making calls and visiting customers
Able to lift 25-40 lbs occasionally (battery handling)
Comfortable learning product knowledge
