About The Position

We’re seeking an accomplished Commercial Sales Representative with experience in structural pest control. This role focuses on building long-term commercial contracts, developing strong referral channels, and growing recurring revenue across key business sectors. Ideal candidates have experience selling commercial pest control services or similar verticals such as: - General pest management - Mosquito control programs and automatic misting systems - Rodent control & exclusion - Termite protection - Sanitization - Wildlife exclusion You will represent the brand with professionalism in boardrooms, job sites, networking events, and industry groups while driving new long-term accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in pest control, facility services, building services, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of professional B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers
  • Excellent planning, territory management, and proposal-building skills
  • Professional appearance, communication, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Commercial pest control sales experience
  • Understanding of industry regulations (food safety, sanitation, audits)
  • Experience selling multi-location or multi-year contracts
  • Familiarity with FieldRoutes or similar CRM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct commercial inspections and assessments for businesses, facilities, and property groups as required
  • Design tailored pest management programs based on industry compliance, sanitation, and risk thresholds
  • Present contract options to decision-makers with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Develop multi-location and multi-year contract opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and pricing aligned with company standards
  • Prospect high-value commercial segments such as: - Restaurants & foodservice - Hospitality & lodging - Property management & HOAs - Warehousing & logistics - Retail centers - Healthcare & assisted living - Schools, government, and institutional accounts
  • Build credibility through technical knowledge, problem-solving, and regulatory understanding
  • Attend and engage at: - Chamber of Commerce events - BNI and professional networking groups - Industry trade shows and business expos - Property management association events
  • Build long-term relationships with commercial clients, referral partners, and community leaders
  • Leverage event participation to rapidly grow commercial lead volume
  • Maintain an active commercial pipeline with consistent outreach activity
  • Log inspections, notes, and progress through CRM systems (FieldRoutes or similar)
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets for commercial programs
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service expectations are aligned with contract requirements

  • Base pay: $750/wk for the first 8 weeks, then $600/wk thereafter
