Rite Rug Flooring is growing, and they are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to focus on commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and managing a pipeline in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be working directly with developers, general contractors, and project managers, helping them select and deliver the correct products for their commercial projects. Responsibilities include developing and growing relationships with multifamily developers and general contractors, prospecting and generating new business within your assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from first contact through closing, reviewing project plans, bid opportunities, and submitting proposals, following up consistently to win and secure contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and tracking pipeline activity and maintaining accurate records.
