About The Position
Commercial Sales Representative – HVAC/R Las Vegas, NV | Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $125K+ ColdTech Refrigeration is looking for a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Las Vegas market. This is an opportunity for someone hungry — recent college grads, former college athletes, or commission-based sales professionals who want to bet on themselves and build a six-figure career. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
- OR proven success in commission-based sales
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders/rooftops
- Must be based in the Las Vegas area
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily — phone, email, in-person visits
- Set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
- Climb on roofs, inspect equipment, and learn commercial HVAC/R systems
- Sell planned maintenance agreements that protect critical business operations
- Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue
- Track activity and hit performance targets
