About The Position

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to develop and execute account-specific business plans for the Commercial HVAC Sales team. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented, have excellent time management skills, and be a good communicator. This position will report directly to the Commercial Sales Manager and is located in zip code: 77087. Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years)
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience
  • Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing or Business Management
  • 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Directly sell Hunton Trane HVAC Services to building owners in both the commercial and light commercial markets
  • Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers
  • Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers
  • Attend Sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests
