About The Position

Stanley Steemer is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand the commercial client base. The role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in service-based organizations. The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, customer service, and sales forecasting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of B2B experience in a service-based sales organization preferred (HVAC experience a plus).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in commercial sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize market insights to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote services.
  • Promote, sell, and secure sales from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service.
  • Work with the Commercial Coordinator, Branch Manager, and Technicians to ensure quality services are executed to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Visit existing clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Meet/exceed the budgeted commercial sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
