Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of leading sellers and leaders of sellers
  • Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
  • Track record of growth and business performance
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive growth applying sales leadership processes such as one on ones, pipeline management, activity management and leveraging sales programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
  • Manage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting
  • Track record of growth and business performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead the support of data sets originating from CRM, Quoting Tools, Quota Data, Pipeline Data, and Program Data from Sales Programs.  Serve as the focal point for comp plan administration for new sellers, and constant process and data improvement around sales tools and sales enablement.
  • Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and streamline sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, manage CRM and quoting systems, create reports, and provide insights for data-driven decisions and forecasting.
  • Technology Management: Oversee sales technology stack (CRM, automation tools) and administer new staff for log ins to sales software tools.
  • Team Support & Enablement: Provide operational support, manage sales compensation plans, and help with onboarding/training.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the field organization on providing accurate sales data from the CRM, dashboards, and quote tool support
  • Process Improvement for quote tool optimization to support key areas of growth
  • Administer compensation plans to new sellers and ensure new sellers have software tools and log ins to perform their job
  • Represent sales in process improvements involving Order to Cash to improve accurate bookings by job type
  • Assist in integrating acquired companies onto the standard sales tools and platforms
