As a Commercial Sales Manager , you are responsible for the leadership and supervisory oversight of the Commercial Sales Team, including direct supervision of commercial sales reps, projecting goals, and achieving sales objectives across the Columbia MD and DC Metro Area. You'll partner with the General Manager and operations team to support a complete customer experience while developing your team to perform at their best. This role is field-first. After an onboarding period, you can expect to spend about 80% of your time in the field alongside your team, with the remaining 20% in-office. When the opportunity presents itself, you lead by example and close sales.
