As a Commercial Sales Manager, NSSS Engineering you will drive the sales process to identify customer needs and challenges with the assistance of the Global Markets Team. You will be responsible for a variety of products and services including NSSS Component Design, Analysis, Replacement Hardware & Aging Management; Systems & Auxiliary Equipment including Plant Uprating; Fuel Handling Equipment Engineering, and General Plant Licensing including Subsequent License Renewals. Leading the capture team, you will work closely with our customer solutions teams to shape a winning technical solution, delivery model and value proposition, before an offer is released. Working with the bid preparation teams, you will participate in creating winning proposals that you will manage through active participation in negotiations with the closing team, ensuring the finalization of contracts. You will report to the Sr. Director of Sales. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
