Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, commodities, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships through communication, follow-ups, and service support.
  • Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales documentation.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to insights on pricing trends, supply/demand, and industry activity.
  • Help track sales performance metrics and generate reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
  • Participate in customer calls, meetings, and presentations when applicable.
  • Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and pipeline tracking.
  • Contribute to special projects, including process improvements and ERP-related documentation or workflows.
