We're looking for a Commercial Sales Engineer to join our Americas Field Sales team as an individual contributor. This is a remote position located in either Colorado, Washington, Oregon, however, occasional travel to customer sites and internal events may be required.

  • Creating and delivering technical product presentations to prospective customers
  • Gathering customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs.
  • Leading product evaluations and custom product configurations
  • Designing evaluation test plans with customers and guiding the process to successful outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent working experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator
  • Prior experience with small to medium sized business accounts, or enterprise accounts in the networking or cyber security space
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting routing and switching products
  • Demonstrated a proactive learning orientation and thrives in adapting to new challenges
