About The Position

Fuller Ford is looking for a driven Commercial Sales Consultant to develop and grow our commercial/fleet business. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and helping them find the right trucks, vans, and fleet solutions to support their operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outside sales, networking, and building long-term client relationships while creating a strong book of business.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive, B2B, outside sales, or equipment sales)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prospect and generate business
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with local businesses and fleet customers
  • Prospect new commercial clients through networking, calls, and in-person visits
  • Help businesses identify the right trucks, vans, and commercial vehicle solutions
  • Manage the sales process from first contact through vehicle delivery
  • Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat and fleet business
