Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of financials, exterior building products, industry practices, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage large and dynamic accounts
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professional activity
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
  • Able to work remotely and/or from branch offices within the market
  • Physically able to perform the essential duties of the role

  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance and growth of assigned regional and/or national owner and property management accounts
  • Provide material specification guidance, qualify contractors, and support project execution using the company’s full range of resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts by understanding their needs and engaging through multiple digital platforms
  • Travel within assigned markets to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify and develop new prospects and private project opportunities for the company and its loyal customer base
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Account Managers to benchmark and apply best practices
  • Coordinate with local low slope Product Managers on quotations and material deliveries
  • Record all activity and track project outcomes in Salesforce for visibility and reporting
  • May act as a Team Lead and assist with workload management of others
