About The Position
The Commercial Sales Associate II provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role involves providing professional and efficient service to both external and internal customers, analyzing transaction structures, and performing various customer service functions. The associate will assist Relationship Managers in closing loans, including preparing closing packages and managing loan documentation. Additionally, the role includes processing payments, advances, and other financial transactions, as well as supporting the Relationship Team with reporting and correspondence preparation.
