About The Position

Monster Tree Service of N. Charlotte is seeking a Commercial Sales Arborist to drive growth in our commercial sector, which currently accounts for over 40% of our revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in establishing and nurturing commercial relationships, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing industry-leading customer service, even outside regular business hours. This role comes with an established list of active clients and the expectation to not only grow these existing relationships but also to prospect and develop new clients to elevate the business further. Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has sales experience and is an ISA Certified Arborist or has green industry experience such that certification could be obtained within 3 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years industry sales experience or 5 years of related industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships, consult, develop and sell arboriculture solutions for our commercial clients.
  • Provide superb customer service, sometimes requiring working with clients beyond regular business hours.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our product lines including Plant Health Care and General Tree Care.
  • Utilize sales process tools, software, and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer and operation.
  • Other duties as requested by management.
