About The Position

Our Commercial Rotation Program at S&P Dow Jones Indices is designed to develop future leaders by providing them with hands-on experience in various commercial functions. This program provides a structure that emphasizes deep engagement, collaboration, and project impact across key business categories. Participants will rotate through the following key categories, each representing a critical area of S&P DJI’s Commercial organization: Operations : Pricing Governance, Process Improvement, Salesforce, Client Experience Sales : Client Coverage, Inside Sales, Sales Strategy Post Sales : Digital Wealth, Client Solutions Group, Business Intelligence Thought Leadership : Marketing, Product, IIS At the end of the 24-month rotation, you will have a final placement amongst one of the participating teams.

Requirements

  • Please note that only candidates who are US citizens or green card holders will be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed no later than May 2026.
  • Strong experience in Finance, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers or clients in a professional setting
  • Outstanding academic record, coupled with extracurricular leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute positively to each assigned team, leveraging your academic knowledge and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project tasks.
  • Collaborate with various teams, learning to strategize, analyze, and solve complex business challenges.
  • Network and build relationships with peers, senior leaders, and mentors throughout the program.
