About The Position
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems. This position requires a strong understanding of various roofing systems and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate safe work practices and adhere to OSHA regulations and other safety standards. The role involves climbing and operating on ladders, handling materials, and effectively communicating with team members and supervisors. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $33, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be tasked with the installation of different types of roofing systems, including Built-Up Roofing (BUR), EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. You will also be responsible for the safe operation of tools of the trade, including hand tools and power tools. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, as well as mobility to complete various tasks. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employees is essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
