About The Position
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $33, not including prevailing wage. Benefits, upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility requirements, include but are not limited to: 401K with company match, Company Pension Plan, Health Insurance, Paid time-off, Mileage reimbursement, and Continuing education. The role involves the installation of various types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. The successful candidate will be expected to operate tools of the trade safely, including hand tools and power tools, while adhering to OSHA regulations and other safety standards. The job requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and meeting the physical demands of the position, which includes mobility to complete tasks, climbing and operating on ladders, and the ability to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employees is also essential for success in this role.
