Requirements

• Two years of construction experience.
• Two years of roofing experience.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to safely operate machinery.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a drug screen upon job offer.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with low slope roofing, TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, modified bitumen, ballasted, and built-up roofing (BUR).
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Locate and fix leaks on commercial roofs.
• Adhere to OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Utilize IVRs for communication and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with business owners and management.
