About The Position

The Commercial Roofing Service Manager will oversee the roofing service department, managing service teams, coordinating repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role within commercial roofing or construction services.
• Familiar with various commercial roofing systems and repair techniques.
• Proficient in job scheduling and tracking software; strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and promote a positive work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to assess project needs and find cost-effective solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and support a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance, repair, and inspection services for commercial roofing clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for service clients, providing clear communication and addressing any issues or questions.
• Oversee service projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and inventory to support efficiency and job readiness.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of service reports, invoicing, and other necessary documentation.
• Uphold company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations on every project.
