As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Service Manager to lead and scale our service operations, drive profitability, and build lasting client partnerships. As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the service division, overseeing office staff, service representatives, and field roofing installers. You will be accountable for managing workflow, safety, estimating, and client service while also driving revenue growth, gross profit margin, and business expansion. This role requires hands-on experience in commercial roofing service operations—estimating, proposals, project management, and warranty oversight—paired with proven leadership ability. You’ll balance tactical oversight of service crews with strategic responsibility for growing the division and strengthening client relationships.
