About The Position

Tecta America Colorado LLC is a premier commercial roofing contractor based in Denver, Colorado, serving surrounding area customers and neighboring states. We specialize in the installation and repair of all types of commercial and industrial roofing systems, including re-roofs, metal roofing, roof coatings, preventative maintenance, inspections, and custom sheet metal fabrication. We are currently seeking a Service Foreman in Denver, CO.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 3-4+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
