About The Position

Join Our Team at Nations Roof! Location: Greater Memphis Area Are you an experienced commercial roofer who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys leading by example? We're looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our dynamic team in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In this role, you'll lead a two-person crew, manage on-site service projects, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience (5+ preferred).
Strong leadership skills and experience supervising or mentoring others.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to use mobile apps and technology for service reporting and documentation.
Valid, clean driver's license.
Must live in the Greater Pittsburgh area and be available for hands-on work.
Willingness to work after hours or weekends when needed.

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor your roofing technician, coordinating daily work and maintaining a safe, productive job site.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining strong communication.
Diagnose and repair various roofing issues including leaks, membrane and flashing repairs, and general maintenance.
Perform hands-on roofing work such as tear-offs, insulation, membrane welding, and flashings.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer safety standards.
Submit proposals for additional work (e.g., NTE increases, quick bids), and help identify service opportunities.
Maintain accurate documentation including photos, reports, timesheets, and service logs using mobile apps.
Inspect and maintain vehicle and tools to ensure readiness and compliance.
