We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a small crew in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance on commercial roof systems.

REQUIRED: Experience in a Commercial Roofing Foreman role.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience required (low-slope systems).
• Recent hands-on work experience in a Foreman or Lead dedicated role with crew(s) and/or helper reporting directly to you.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally and use company technology.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 5+ years foreman experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and train helpers on repair and maintenance of commercial roof systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-Up, Modified).
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks, perform inspections, and maintain manufacturer warranties.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.
• Keep accurate daily reports using company software.
• Represent Nations Roof with professionalism on-site and with clients.
