About The Position

We provide our clients with thorough on-site evaluations followed by detailed recommendations. Our recommendations consider budget constraints, existing conditions, local building codes, and future plans for the property. This information provides building owners and managers with the information they need to make the decision to replace or repair their roofs. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Pay starting at $27/hr. and can go up Based on Experience Se habla Español! You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Requirements

5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
A valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
Technology savvy

Responsibilities

Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
Roof maintenance and repairs
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
