About The Position

AVODA is seeking a coordinator for our commercial roofing Service Department. A Service Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of all AVODAs repair and maintenance projects. The position is intended to ensure the customers expectations are carried out on a weekly basis by completing all tasks set forth by individual properties. You are expected to provide documentation and communication to clients for all work completed in the Service Department. Responsibilities

Responsible for entering new leads into AVODA's CRM based on information received from the Sales Department, Production Director, and/or directly from the client.
Coordinating Service Department scheduling as well as scheduled confirmation with clients.
Continued follow-up on outstanding repair and maintenance leads.
Track and follow-up on estimates generated by the Service Team.
Review, execute, and upload service contracts.
Review material expenses incurred b the service team.
Review repair estimates and photo reports to communicate directly with clients via phone and email.
Review labor expenses for completed projects including invoicing, expense reconciliations, etc.
Act as liaison between Service Team and clients.
Assist Office Manager with fleet monitoring, maintenance, registration, and renewals.
Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Assist Production Director with vehicle material inventory checklists and cleanliness.
