Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and close deals. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Represent Nations Roof at industry events and networking opportunities. This role requires the ability to climb stairs and ladders and access rooftops as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (commercial construction or roofing preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; willingness to travel locally.
