About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Prior commercial roofing experience is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial roofing or similar industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to climb ladders and work on-site as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders.
• Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
• Coordinate manpower and subcontractors for assigned projects.
• Conduct plan/spec takeoffs for new and reroof projects.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams regarding scheduling and progress.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and inventory management.
• Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings; complete project closeout documents.
• Cultivate customer relationships to drive repeat business.
