About The Position

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be a resource to roofing contractors, architects, distribution partners, territory managers and others needing technical expertise related to commercial roofing systems; the areas of concentration being single-plies, modified bitumen, and elastomeric coatings. Requirements

• Knowledgeable and able to demonstrate experience with Single-Plies, Modified Bitumen and various Coatings products/systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with organization skills
• Strong computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Field technical experience and/or sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual-Spanish, a plus
• Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Responding to phone calls and emails to provide technical solutions
• Provide clear oral and written communication regarding product and system installation instructions
• Able to interpret and apply information regarding UL, FM, or other code compliant assemblies
• Timely processing of information using online software.
• Tasks include review of warranty applications, inspection reports and project documents and requirements.
• Capable of reviewing and understanding construction specifications and blueprints
