About The Position
Horizon Roofing Inc. is hiring a Commercial Roofing Inspector to join our Team! This role focuses on inspecting commercial roofs and recommending repair solutions for building owners and property managers.
Requirements
- Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified bitumen)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed roof inspections on commercial buildings for damage and system deficiencies
- Document findings with photos and reports
- Communicate repair recommendations to estimators and the service team
- Work with the service department and estimators to coordinate repairs
- Ability to safely access commercial roofs
